| This has been very unfair system. There are the gap among the schools in the same city. Some of the students in the wealthy region are apt to get the better remarks than the other regions. If this trend were neglected, lower students took advantage of the exams. This system must be come up with the illusion of old fashioned socialists in the local council. |
